Three soldiers martyred, four injured in South Waziristan search operation: ISPR

Three soldiers were martyred on Saturday during a search operation by security forces in South Waziristan, the military's media wing said. According to a statement by Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the three soldiers were martyred as terrorists fired at security forces' blocking position during the operation. The martyred soldiers were identified as Subedar Nadeem, Sepoy Saleem and Lance Naik Musawar. Four other soliders were also injured. In June, two soldiers were martyred and one terrorist was killed during an exchange of fire between a patrolling party of the security forces and a group of terrorists. Sindh govt to launch 'GoSTV' to counter propaganda

Sindh government plans on launching a new channel named GoSTV in order to "counter all propaganda" adding that live coverage from the streets will take place. Imran Khan first drags institutions into politics: Maryam Nawaz

PML-N Vice President Maryam Nawaz Saturday requested the judiciary to remain "impartial" and maintain a distance from PTI Chairman Imran Khan's politics. Speaking at a public gathering in Bahawalpur, the PML-N vice president said: "Imran Khan, the revolution that you want to bring through the Supreme Court, the SC itself, along with the people of Pakistan, will foil it."
